The « plasticpoetic » journey

The goal is for a visual artist to take a part in the Poets' Spring to extend the public's eye for poetry and to extract it from a more formal and conventional format. Poetry can be found in the images, the drawings, the visual arts that call for creation in various and original shapes. Lucile Travert, the invited artist, will offer plastipoetic installations in the symbolic places of Robion's historic patrimony to guide the visitor through a determined path. The artist finds the charm of the old stones to be a lovely case for the poetic sight that we wish to highlight. That's why she is going to use the upper-end of the village and the historical and actual places that carry Robion's history. In order to live a peculiar and original poetic moment Lucile Travert will present ephemeral artworks on a few walls of the village, along the pedestrian path or in the landscape of the village's orchard that leads to the chapel of "Notre Dame des Anges". They will complete the audio installations from the Pump. When the Poet's Spring will come to an end, the weather and time will erase the artworks piece by piece. This is a good way for us to remember that art do not always call for eternity.
